If you're not satisfied with your purchase(book(s)), you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 14 days. All returned items must be in their original condition; tissue-wrapped products must be unopened. Shipping fees are not refunded.

Shipping: You will be required to pay for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Digital content, Care Packages, Consultations, Coursework, Bulk(5 or more) Book orders, and other downloaded purchases, including but not limited to downloadable PDFs for Adobe products, Access Codes, gift cards, and tissue-wrapped items that have been opened, are not returnable.
